TOUR GUIDE

  • JOB SCOPE:
  • - Deliver exceptional customer service while responding to customer enquiries on online sales channels, including but not limited to Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and Website
  • - Familiarize with companywide products and able to navigate using our internal AWS system
  • - Keep up to date with news and information to provide accurate information to our customers
  • - Enhance our customers’ experience by proactively offering solutions or products based on customers’ needs
  • - Educate our customers to utilize our website online booking system
  • - Convert online enquiries into sales and follow up with the booking
  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • - Aged 18 and above
  • - SPM and above
  • - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • - Willing to work in shift rotations (when required)
  • - Able to work on weekends & public holidays (when required)

BOAT CAPTAIN

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • - To ensure that vessels are clean and in good running condition and safe for use by the passengers before commencing any tour.
  • - To assist the Operation Staff in the daily operation of the office when required.
  • - To check Operation Diary everyday in order for you to discharge your duty according to the assignment delegated to you.
  • - To ensure driving license is valid at all times.
  • - Reporting all accidents and incidents involving drivers or company equipment.
  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • - At least an SPM qualification.
  • - Honest, trustworthy and helpful.
  • - Good command in English both verbal and written. Foreign language is an added advantage.
  • - Have flexible working time.
  • - Must have valid & certified boatmen license.
  • - Have good customer relation/PR skills and enjoy communicating with potential clients.
